Why we run this way
The Metroplex is not a city, it is a hundred miles of freeway with cities attached. When something goes wrong on I-635 at midnight, the nearest open shop is not the answer — a technician who can reach you in half an hour is.
So we built the business around the truck instead of the bay. Our technicians carry jump packs, tire repair kits, batteries in common group sizes, fuel containers and lockout tools, which covers the overwhelming majority of calls without ever loading a vehicle onto a flatbed.
We serve the whole DFW footprint: Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Irving and the surrounding suburbs, plus the highway corridors that connect them.
