Answers

Frequently asked questions

Do I need roadside experience to apply?

No. Tire, battery, lockout and fuel work are all taught in paid training. What we cannot teach is showing up on time, talking to a stranded driver like a human being and doing the job right at 3 a.m.

What are the shifts?

Day, evening and overnight blocks across the metroplex, with set schedules rather than open-ended on-call. Overnight and weekend blocks pay a premium to the technician even though customers pay the same flat rate.

Do I need my own truck and tools?

A reliable vehicle helps and is compensated. Service tooling — jacks, torque wrenches, jump packs, lockout kits, air supply — is provided.

What is the hiring process?

Call the number on this page or email us. A short phone conversation, a background and MVR check, then a ride-along day with a senior technician before you take calls alone.
