Quick answer
Salazar Roadside Assistance delivers emergency gasoline and diesel 24/7 anywhere in the DFW Metroplex. We bring enough fuel to reach the nearest station, usually arriving in about 30 minutes. Call (469) 606-2575 with your location and fuel type.
Where drivers run dry in DFW
Long tolled stretches with few exits are the usual culprits — the Dallas North Tollway, the President George Bush Turnpike and the Chisholm Trail Parkway all have gaps where a low-fuel light turns into a stopped car.
The other pattern is airport-adjacent: drivers heading to DFW International or Love Field who planned to fill up after the flight and did not make it.
Safe delivery, correct fuel
We transport fuel in approved containers and fill through a spill-proof spout. Confirming gasoline versus diesel on the phone matters more than anything else on this call — misfuelling a modern engine is an expensive repair.
- Regular gasoline and diesel
- Approved transport containers
- Highway shoulder and tollway delivery
- Parking garage and lot delivery
- Restart attempt included
- 24/7, including holidays

Answers
Emergency Fuel Delivery questions, answered
How much fuel do you deliver?
We bring enough fuel to get you safely to the nearest station — typically a few gallons. If you would like more, tell us when you call and we will quote it.
Do you deliver diesel as well as gasoline?
Yes. We deliver both gasoline and diesel. Tell us which one your vehicle takes when you call, because putting the wrong fuel in a tank creates a much bigger problem than an empty one.
What does emergency fuel delivery cost?
You pay a delivery charge plus the fuel itself, and both are quoted on the phone before we dispatch. No surcharge for nights, weekends or holidays.
Can you deliver fuel on a highway shoulder?
Yes, and it is one of our most common calls. Stay in your vehicle with your seatbelt on and hazards flashing, and give us the nearest exit or mile marker so we find you quickly.
My car will not start after running out of gas — now what?
Some vehicles, especially diesels, need the fuel system primed after running dry. Our technician will attempt the restart after fueling and diagnose it if the engine still will not catch.
