How a damage-free unlock actually works
The technician creates a small, controlled gap at the top corner of the door with a protective wedge, then works a coated reach tool inside to pull the interior handle or press the unlock button. Nothing is pried against the paint, the glass is never touched with a tool and the weather seal goes back exactly as it was.
Older keyed vehicles, modern push-button cars and vans with electronic latches each need a different approach. Tell the dispatcher the year, make and model so the right tools are on the truck.

Can you open the trunk if the keys are locked in there?
